At Prime Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, we’re more than just a local service company — we’re a family that’s been keeping Kansas City comfortable for generations.

Our story began over a decade ago, when our parents founded a local plumbing, heating, and cooling company with just six employees and a vision: to provide honest, reliable, and expert service to the people of our hometown. Over the next eight years, we grew the company to a thriving team of 73, becoming a trusted name across the KC metro. In early 2021, after the loss of our beloved mother and co-founder, we made the difficult decision to sell the business and take time to regroup as a family.

Now operating out of our original building at 5729 Nieman Rd. in downtown Shawnee, Prime Comfort PHC is our new beginning — with the same heart, same integrity, and same commitment to quality that built our reputation in the first place. We’re bringing local, family-run service back to Kansas City’s plumbing, heating, and cooling industry — where it belongs.
