He was swift, efficient, professional, knowledgeable. We're confident in and trust the reliability of his assessment. Jarrod was careful and respectful of our property. He patiently explained the problem and answered our questions. We've called on Prime Comfort for plumbing and HVAC needs, and they continue to impress. We highly recommend.
There were three young men whose names I wrote down but misplaced, unfortunately. All worked tirelessly several hours to complete the installation of a new hot water heater. They were most respectful of our house, treating it as if it were their own, and taking great care not to dirty or damage anything. They are among the most conscientious, earnest service professionals we've had the opportunity to hire.

They were able to get the job done quickly and for nearly half the cost of comparable quotes. Installation was done well, but some decisions were made during installation I was not aware of. Would’ve been nice to be informed during the process, but the end result was good.
